FAQ

Q1:The steam pressure fails to rise / The fluctuation is large

A1:Check if the load has suddenly increased; appropriately increase the combustion load; clean the heat-exchange surfaces to remove deposits and improve the heat exchange efficiency; calibrate the pressure gauges and pressure controllers to ensure the interlock function is normal.

Q2:Abnormal boiler water level

A2:Flush the water level gauge to remove any steam or water blockages; check if the water supply valve and the blowdown valve are leaking; calibrate the water level sensor and the automatic water supply device, and restore automatic control.

Q3:The exhaust gas temperature is too high, resulting in a decrease in thermal efficiency.

A3:Clean the ash and scale in the flue / furnace liner; Check for any air leakage in the flue; Optimize the combustion ratio to prevent incomplete combustion.

Q4:Leakage of the furnace body / pipeline, water leakage and steam leakage

 A4:After the equipment is shut down and depressurized, locate the leakage point and perform welding repair or replace the sealing gasket; check the tightness of the flange bolts and replace the aged sealing ring.

Q5:The burner is making excessive noise / There is significant vibration.

A5:Check whether the fan impeller is clogged with dust or deformed; Tighten the connecting bolts between the burner and the furnace body; Adjust the opening degree of the air valve to prevent turbulent airflow.

Q6:The safety valve has jumped open but cannot return to its original position.

A6:After manually releasing the pressure, remove the safety valve and clean the impurities on the valve core; calibrate the opening pressure of the safety valve, and replace it with a new one if necessary.

Q7:Control cabinet alarm / Unable to start

A7:Check for faults by referring to the alarm codes (such as overheating, water shortage, or flameout); reset the safety interlock; inspect whether the wiring and sensors are loose or damaged.

Q8:The insulation layer of the boiler has failed, causing the surface temperature to be excessively high.

A8:Reapply high-temperature resistant insulation material; repair the damaged outer protective panel; check for any local overheating and eliminate the detachment of the internal fire-resistant materials.
